4 EASY STEPS!
1. Find and remove the yeast packet. Mix yeast and 1.5 cups of warm water in a bowl. Let it sit for 2 minutes. Add the packet of Rustic French Multigrain Bread Mix.
2. Mixer: 3 minutes at speed 2, then 6 minutes at speed 7.
3. Shape the dough into a loaf, roll in oats if desired. Grease a 9x4 pan, place the dough inside, cover and let it rest for 45 minutes in a warm area. Pre-heat oven to 425° F.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 200° F, then let it cool.
