4 EASY STEPS!
1. Find and remove the yeast packet. Mix yeast
and 1.5 cups of warm water into a bowl (80° F to 100° F). Let it sit for 2
minutes. Add two tablespoon of olive oil (Optional) and the German Farmer Rye
2. Mix with the hook attachment for 3 minutes at low speed, than 6
minutes at medium speed.
3. On a clean floured surface, shape the dough into a
loaf. Grease a 9x4 pan, place the dough inside, cover and let it rest for 45
minutes in a warm area. Pre-heat oven to 425° F.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or
until internal temperature reaches 200° F, then let it cool. Enjoy!
