4 EASY STEPS!
1. Find and remove the yeast packet. Mix yeast and 1.5 cups of warm water in a bowl. Let it sit for 2 minutes. Add the packet of Hemp N’ Seeds flour.
2. Mixer: 4 minutes at low speed, then 8 minutes at medium. Let the dough rest in the bowl covered for 30 minutes.
3. On a clean floured surface, shape the dough into a baguette or a loaf (see video on QR code below for the technique). Cover and let rest for 30 minutes in a warm area. Preheat oven to 425F. Place Pizza stone in oven if you have one.
4. Lay the bread on greased parchment paper or previously heated pizza stone. With a sharp knife or scissor, score the bread. Spray with water and bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 200F, then let cool. Enjoy!
